Meet our Founder

Eleven44 Strategies was founded by Marcos A. Crespo, a former New York State Assembly Member with over 20 years of experience in government leadership, public administration, and community relations.

Crespo held key leadership roles, including Chair of the Assembly Task Force on New Americans and Co-chair of the Legislative Task Force on Demographic Research and Reapportionment. Notably, he secured $1.8 billion for the redesign of the Bruckner-Sheridan Expressway and served as Chair of The Bronx Democratic County Committee.

A proud Puerto Rican native and graduate of John Jay College of Criminal Justice, Crespo’s commitment to community empowerment and equitable public policy drives his work at Eleven44 Strategies, where he continues to advocate for underrepresented communities.
